Shinedown’s uplifting and motivating track, “Get Up,” now has a moving visual to accompany it.

In a track-by-track breakdown of their latest album ATTENTION, ATTENTION, guitarist Zach Myers discussed taking listeners on a journey through the darkest places of the mind before showing them the light at the end of the tunnel.

This video does just that by following the story of a young girl who is struggling before being able to regain control and take back her life.
